Privacy notice

What the current website actually handles.

Last updated 27 July 2026. This notice covers the public Onima Sylo website and Seller Profit OS purchase, delivery, setup, and support paths.

Who is responsible

Onima Sylo controls the information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@onimasylo.com.

Information we receive

  • Order and payment status supplied by Stripe for Seller Profit OS and custom setup, including checkout email, product, session reference, and payment reference.
  • Information you choose to send by email for support or custom setup.
  • Anonymous first-party website events such as page category and product action, only when the analytics binding is enabled. We do not attach an account ID or advertising identifier.
  • Technical security and request logs created by our hosting provider as part of operating the site.

Why we use it

We use order and setup information to perform the contract, deliver the product, provide support, handle refunds, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use limited operational events and security logs for legitimate interests in understanding product reliability, preventing abuse, and improving the site.

Services involved

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Cloudflare hosts the site, runs server functions, sends transactional email where configured, and may process technical logs. Your own email provider processes messages you send to support. Their handling is also governed by their applicable notices and terms.

Retention

Order and support records are kept only as long as reasonably required for delivery, support, disputes, tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Anonymous operational events are retained according to the configured hosting service and are periodically reviewed. Failed webhook locks expire automatically; successful delivery markers contain no customer email.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact us to exercise a right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will assess the request against any compelling legitimate grounds or legal requirements.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process information outside the UK under their own legal transfer mechanisms. Contact us for current provider details. We will update this notice when the actual product or data flow changes.
