Terms for the current products.
Last updated 29 July 2026. These terms cover the public website, Seller Profit OS (the only product currently for sale), and optional custom setup.
Product
Seller Profit OS is a Google Sheets tracking and planning system. It is not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. Figures, warnings, and tax reserves depend on the information and assumptions entered by the customer.
Purchase and delivery
Prices and included items are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Digital access is normally delivered to the checkout email after successful payment verification. Before checkout, the customer must request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the cancellation information shown on the product page. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping their copy-access link secure.
Licence and acceptable use
A purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the purchased edition of the delivered workbook for their own business. The template, formulas, documentation, and delivery link must not be resold, publicly redistributed, shared as a substitute for another purchase, or represented as the customer's original commercial template. A full refund terminates this licence.
Custom setup
Custom setup is limited to configuring Seller Profit OS around the information supplied through the intake. It does not include bookkeeping, tax filing, legal review, guaranteed business outcomes, or unlimited ongoing consultancy. If the customer expressly requests work to begin during the cancellation period, cancellation may be subject to a lawful proportionate charge for work already performed.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep delivery and support working but cannot promise uninterrupted access to third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer data. Nothing limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
